PACKING & SETUP SERVICE

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend moves and end-of-month dates which fill up fastest. That said, we always keep availability for short-notice and same-day bookings where we can. If your move is urgent, call us directly and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.

Your quote is based on several factors including the size of your property, the volume of items being moved, the distance between collection and delivery addresses, access conditions at both properties, the number of operatives required, and any additional services such as packing or furniture assembly. We always provide a fixed upfront price so there are no surprises on moving day.

Yes. The same QSX Transport team that collects your belongings at the start of the day will deliver them to your new home. We don’t hand off your job to a third party at any point, your belongings stay with our team throughout.

Yes. We regularly move large and heavy items including gym equipment, large appliances, and bulky furniture. For particularly specialist or high-value items please let us know at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements and ensure the right equipment is on the van.

Yes, if you include our unpacking service, we open every box, remove all packaging waste, and place items in the rooms you specify. We also reassemble all furniture and install appliances so your new home is fully set up when we leave.

Yes. All items packed by our team are covered by our goods-in-transit insurance throughout the move. Items packed by the customer themselves may have different coverage, ask us for details when you get your quote.
